Glenn was born and raised in Almonte, Ontario. He worked as Recreation Director in Almonte from 1974–1978, and then moved to Red Rock as Director of Recreation from 1978–1982. In 1982 Glenn moved to Arnprior and has lived there ever since.
Glenn is married and has 3 children, including twins, and 9 grandchildren.
Glenn is recently retired and his passion is sports, from playing to officiating to coaching.
